Went out to the bars in Greensboro NC, turns out they're not as awesome as one would think. I did meet a few cool people though. I taught them to say "I really like your tits" in Japanese at the request of the girl in this video. I'm not sure why she wanted to know and not her husband.

So, I'm excited today. I'm excited about this website, I'm excited about going to Vegas, and I'm excited about the potential for getting out of debt.
When I dreamed up this site (literally it came to me in a dream) I had high hopes and expectations. I dreamed that people would give me a buck, because hell, it's only a buck. That hasn't quite come to fruition, BUT I've made 300 dollars so far. Let's face it, that's 300 free dollars and that aint bad.
So I've lowered my expectations some. My new goal is to make it to Vegas with 1000 bucks. That shouldn't be too hard. I also want a lot of people to come to Vegas with me.
Here's a recap of what's happened with my debt since starting the website. I started out two years ago with 35,000 dollars in debt. When I started the site I was down to 24,000. I've made a concerted effort to pay that down and since Jan 11th, I have paid this down to 19,500! That means I've paid off 4,500 in principle, which is damned good. I've also recently started setting aside a fund for my trip to Vegas (this will be for expenses while I'm there).
Here's my current plan for Vegas.
Oct 15th - Gather information for people wanting to come on the trip.
Oct 30th - Book my hotel room, let people know where I'm staying so they can book at the same hotel (Hoping to have 20-30 people so we can get room discounts).
Jan 8th - Arrive in Las Vegas
Jan 8th-10th talk to random people, let them know about my plans/goals, ask them for a buck. The whole time videotaping and updating.
Jan 11th - Big Spin (win...pay off lots of debt)
Jan 12th - Leave Vegas

The girl chugging the beer here is awesome, she overheard me saying the way to a girls heart is by eating your way there. She immediately said that's how she gets to a girls heart! Epic. Then she kicked this guys ass in a chugging contest...and still had the mental fortitude to remember my website.
Scuba kids
So these kids were at a local mall dressed up in their scuba gear. I saw them come in the mall and 10 minutes later they were escorted out by security for "distracting people from shopping". They did this experiment all in the name of psychology. Ahh, to be in highschool again. I'm sure their footage is a lot funnire than mine.
